THE JACQUES CARTIER CENTRE: ONE OF THE MAJOR PLAYERS IN THE FRANCE-QUÉBEC RELATIONSHIP

Since 1984, the Centre Jacques Cartier has been expanding relations and bringing together all the players in the territories of Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes, France, Quebec, and Ottawa and their metropolitan areas: Lyon, Montreal, Saint-Étienne and Clermont-Ferrand.

With a network of more than sixty public and private partners on both sides of the Atlantic, the Centre Jacques Cartier is one of the few organizations that brings these actors together annually for Francophone events, such as the Entretiens Jacques Cartier.

THE JACQUES CARTIER INTERVIEWS: THE LARGEST FRENCH-SPEAKING MEETING IN FRANCE X QUÉBEC

Organized for more than 30 years by the Centre Jacques Cartier, each year alternately in Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes (France), and in Quebec, and in Ottawa: the EJCs are the largest gathering of actors and decision-makers in France x Quebec.

THE SPECIFICITY OF JACQUES CARTIER INTERVIEWS?

Each event is co-organized by at least one partner from France and one from Quebec, or Ottawa. This makes the Entretiens Jacques Cartier the only entirely Franco-Quebec event.
The Entretiens Jacques Cartier take place in as many different places as the number of events. So there is no single place.
Objective: to promote the diversity of the territories and to introduce each of our partners to their world.
