My Thesis in 180 seconds 2020

Initiated in France by the Conference of University Presidents (CPU) and the CNRS, the My Thesis in 180 seconds competition allows doctoral students or doctoral student who recently defended their thesis to present their research topic in simple terms to a diversified audience. Each participant must make a clear, concise and yet convincing presentation of their research project in three minutes. This competition offers a unique opportunity for participants to perfect their communication skills, while giving them the opportunity to disseminate their research in the public space. It is international in scope and includes 4 stages: a local final, a national semi-final, a national final and an international final.

The community of universities and institutions of the Lyon Saint-Etienne site, called the University of Lyon (UdL), is participating in the sixth edition of the My Thesis in 180 seconds competition.

Within the Lyon Saint-Etienne site, 14 candidates are participating in the local "University of Lyon" final. To this end, the University of Lyon will select the 14 candidates
