Summary :
During the last decades, smart-structures are studied in control, energy storage or comportment domain.
Fast evolution of transducer technologies, electronic devices and fast computation allows deeper development in structural mechanics and associated applications.
Control system in mechanical structures to resolve vibration problems still stay a major challenge to investigate. Fundamental problems both theoretical and practical need to be solved to apply the technology in an industrial context.
This project proposes to associate piezoelectric transducer network with artificial intelligence to program and generate vibro-acoustic predefined responses on a structure.
